Calisthenics Diet Plan – The Easy and Lazy way

In this article, I will not give you the perfect calisthenics diet plan or the perfect meal plan. Here I will teach you how to design your own diet plan and how to put most of the things that you like in it(excluding all of the sweets of course).

That was the first thought I got in the beginning, but looking back now, and when I stop and think for a sec for all the food I eat every day, it is so diverse, well except my breakfast, I really like oats, and that is what I eat every single day, oatmeal.

And if you don’t know how many calories you should intake for your goals(lose, maintain, gain weight) you can use the calorie calculator they provide to figure it out.



When you click generate you will get your daily menu, with all the nutrition facts, that you need and even the price of everything you eat, which I personally don’t think is very accurate, but it is pretty close for most of the ingredients.


Of course if you don’t like some of the meals you can remove it and it will automatically put another meal, and if you don’t like the generic choices, you should register and adjust your tastes of food and all the things you like and remove the things you don’t like. And that will help the website to create a more accurate meal plan for you.
